The Practice
When your system is fracturing under burnout or deep life transition, you do not need vague inspiration or ambient comfort. You need structure.
As a board-certified Ayurvedic practitioner and behavioral strategist, I work with individuals who want real, physiological stabilization more than they want a self-soothing narrative. My practice is not a space for diffuse holistic support, spiritual entertainment, or casual wellness chatter. It is a high-containment environment designed to observe where your physiology and daily rhythms have fractured, design practical experiments, and direct a clear path back to stabilization.
True constitutional balance requires an appetite for reality over ideology. I work exclusively with people who want real, structural change more than they want to defend the machinery of their own suffering. If you are intelligent but deeply overwhelmed, inflamed, or stuck, I provide the disciplined perception and applied structure required to help your entire system reorganize.
When "Healthy" Habits Aren't Working
Many of my clients arrive already trying incredibly hard. They eat carefully, purchase high-quality supplements, read labels, and change their diets, yet they remain exhausted and confused by their own bodies.
The problem is rarely a lack of effort. The issue is that conventional wellness guidance is too generic, too fragmented, or simply wrong for their specific constitution. Ayurveda clarifies the direct law of cause and effect: identifying exactly what is building your strength, what is creating aggravation, and what needs to change.
You are not buying a pill or a generic template; you are entering a disciplined, internalized process.
A Methodical Approach
My work is grounded in a deep respect for traditional lineages, constitutional data, and the practical realities of daily life. I combine long-term study with hands-on tools to help you find your footing.
Ayurvedic & Philosophical Foundation: My practice is anchored by formal education and national credentials. I am a NAMA Board-Certified Ayurvedic Practitioner, backed by a 5-year classical degree and a 2-year clinical internship. My personal dedication to this science began over 19 years ago after finding deep structural relief from debilitating back pain during my second pregnancy. Alongside this path, I dedicated 12 years to intensive study in Yoga and Advaita Vedanta philosophy and psychology under a traditional lineage teacher. This rare immersion allows me to evaluate your physiological state through a highly disciplined lens.
Mental & Emotional Reframing: I pay close attention to the intricate relationship between daily habits, emotional strain, thought patterns, and physical imbalance. Where appropriate, our work integrates supportive reframing and traditional mental practices to settle an overloaded mind alongside the body.
Human Dynamics & Stress Regulation: With 2,200 hours of intensive mentorship in behavioral dynamics -completed through an apprenticeship training, three times daily, under a Professor of Criminal Psychology- alongside two years of practical wilderness survival experience, I deeply understand how human systems handle pressure. I use this background to help you de-escalate lifestyle tension, manage severe burnout, and build stable, resilient daily rhythms.

Testimonials:
"I went to see Shreya when my menstrual cycle started disappearing... She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, and wise in her approach. I always felt an abundance of support from her when I needed help to make the necessary changes to my diet and lifestyle. My cycle started to improve after only two months... After 7 months it was back to normal again, after many years of irregularity. Shreya is a profound teacher, healer, and guide. I highly recommend her!"
