Your initial appointment will be focused on discovering root causes of your health complaint (instead of just treating symptoms), identifying your Ayurveda Constitution (personal physiology) and creating a plan to tackle imbalances affecting your ability to reach your health goals. This is the foundation to your Ayurveda health plan going forward.
After your initial appointment, your customised wellness recommendations will be emailed to you, outlining optimum foods, yogic exercises and herbs to support your health goals.
